Glasses Direct is the award winning company that revolutionised the way people buy glasses by putting customers directly in touch via their web site to the laboratory that produces them. Initially they used a single Integrated Label Form to despatch their products but as the company grew, they wanted to improve the functionality of the document to encompass an address label, a pre paid returns label, a returns form, a PPI and a credit card sized laminated prescription card with the company telephone number on the reverse, all combined with customer information and invoice. A great deal of information on one document!
Elwyn Jones, Managing Director of Forms Plus using his years of expertise and knowledge of this type of product worked with Glasses Direct to enable them to produce a document that met all their requirements.
The added functionality of the document has provided Glasses Direct with the following benefits:
- A peel out address label that will avoid mismatch of goods and customer and save time at point of despatch
- A pre-paid returns label to make it easier for customer to return goods
- A Post Office PPI label for ease of despatch
- Customers now have a handy card recording their prescription requirements with the Glasses Direct telephone number to encourage future ordering
- All the order/customer details on one form
- Re-inforcement of brand identity with corporate colours.
