Integrated Label Forms
Forms Plus is one of the major suppliers of this innovative product that is now widely used in the Mail Order industry and has many applications including Despatch Documents, Delivery Notes, Packing Notes, Advice Notes, Picking Slips, Despatch Collates, and Invoices.
What is an Integrated Label Form?
The Integrated (Peel out) Label Form comprises a base form together with a patch of self adhesive material fixed on the reverse. A ‘peel out’ is created by die cutting the face of the form above the self adhesive patch.
The base form is normally a Laser Pre Print grade of paper (can be supplied in 100% re-cycled paper) either 80gsm/90gsm or 100gsm and is normally produced in A4 or A3 sizes in variable thicknesses of paper, printed or plain and can also be produced in continuous packs normally at 11, 12 and 8½ inch form depths. A Single Label document could contain the customer’s address and also the PPI or Bar code. A Double Label document can be used as above and the second label can be used by the customer as a returns label with an order number printed on to it to assist customer identification.

What are the benefits of using an Integrated Label Form?
- Combines invoicing and labeling avoiding a mismatch of goods and orders.
- The documents are desk top Laser or Inkjet printer compatible
- Reduces costs by streamlining despatch process
- Re-inforces corporate image
- Provides customers with a convenient method to return an item
What Printers can you use?
The position and size of the label will have an impact on the choice of printer, so if you have the label across the short end of the form then this should be used in a short edge feed printer e.g. HP4000 series. If the label is along the long edge of the form then a long edged printer e.g. HP8000/9000 should only be used. We can provide advice on the type and purchase of printer you require.
What is the Cost?
As a general rule the larger the label, the greater the unit cost and the larger the number produced at one time, the cheaper the cost. For larger quantities you can take advantage of our Print Management service and for smaller quantities our Stock Forms may be more appropriate. Ordering plain sheets and overprinting is slightly cheaper than ordering printed documents unless the quantities are large.
How do you store them?
These documents should ideally be stored within a temperature range of 10 to 25 degrees with a relative humidity of 35-65%. and should not be exposed to sunlight. They should be fanned prior to printing to enable smooth running through the printer.
A leaflet on caring for this product is included in each box that we supply.
Environmental Impact?
These products can be supplied on 75% or 100% re-cycled paper at a small additional cost. As an innovative addition to our product range Forms Plus is now able to offer the ‘Recyc-label’ that is a combination of new technologies that together produce a 100% re-cyclable integrated label product.
