Our offices will close on Friday 21st December at lunchtime and will re-open on the 2nd January 2019 at 8.45 am. The last day for despatch of stock forms is Thursday 20th December.

Forms Plus Expansion

Forms Plus has expanded significantly since a management buyout in 2012 by the directors Victoria Andrews and Jo Carter. We are in the process of having a bespoke new premises built to accommodate our increasing work force and to house our stock. By having this modern building we feel it will better represent our Company as the market leader in the supply of Integrated Label Despatch Notes / Ecommerce logistic forms.



We received a Grant from the BIG2 Project funded from the ERDF as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020. This partly funded new racking for our new larger premises which will enable us to hold all our stock at one site and give us the capacity to continue to grow our stock holding and subsequently offer further employment to our community.

We offer instant 'off the shelf' supplies of our plain stock forms. Our products are produced on 'White 90gsm PEFC preprint paper'. We also supply samples for you to try before you buy.
