Q. Are Forms Plus able to do the artwork for my product?

A. Yes! Here at Forms Plus, we have a keen eye for design and detail, as well as being great listeners. Tell us your visions and we can execute it to professional, industry-leading standards.

 

Q. Do you sell labels?

A. Yes. Our stock consists of thermal transfer labels, direct thermal labels, laser label sheets and integrated label sheets – amongst many more!

 

Q. How does delivery work?

A. We provide a next day delivery service, though bespoke products can vary. We always work to your deadlines, so you’ll never be caught out short of stock. You can contact us to get the best lead time and price.

You can also choose to collect your products, saving money on delivery charges. You can arrange this in our ‘Shop Online’ area.

 

Q. Is there a minimum/maximum that I can purchase?

A. Our minimum order is one box, containing 1000 sheets of integrated labels or 500 sheets of laser labels. The maximum amount is entirely up to you! We never turn orders away and aim to work with you to ensure you get the stock you need, on time.

 

Q. Can I still order from you even if I do not have a registered business?

A. Yes by all means! In this instance, we have to add VAT to your purchase, but having a registered business is not a necessity.

 

Q. Are there other businesses like mine who order these forms?

A. Integrated labels are extremely popular amongst most e-commerce companies. We supply local sole traders as well as high street names like Boots, Boden, Joules and Superdry – we’re no strangers to the industry!

 

Q. Are you able to process a weekly/monthly order?

A. This is a popular service with many of our customers, as it prevents them from running out of stock. We are more than happy to contact you with a reminder to check your stocks – you decide how many forms you would like and we deliver them. Our next day delivery service will drop them to you.

 

Q. Who have Forms Plus worked with?

Based in Cornwall, Forms Plus have worked with several Cornish businesses but have also applied our 35 years of experience to helping out clients such as Superdry, Monsoon, Sainsbury’s, Boden Lush and White Stuff to name just a few.
